Description

Join the team of an international property management company in the United Kingdom or Ireland and gain valuable knowledge as well as soft skills. You will be responsible for ensuring incoming calls are answered and managed in a professional way. Maintain the CPM database system and arrange access for people who need to be in properties. You will be responsible for processing utility bills for all of their properties, assist with keeping track of all certificates required. Additionally, you will ensure that all financial issues connected to incidents are processed through the purchase order system and that invoices are paid in line with the respective payment terms. Furthermore, you will provide support and cover the Property Manager where necessary.
