Furthermore, events such as tailored workshops and lectures by top-leading mentors are being offered regularly, in order to create a vibrant community that encourages growth for all involved parties.

KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • 25% Lead generation and prospecting (i.e. outreach/prospecting, social media, networking, events, etc.)
  • 50% Existing sales pipeline management
  • 25% Inbound lead management
  • Cultivating and maintaining midsize and large business relationships
  • Partner with New Member Development and Community teams to ensure successful placement and follow up of new members
  • Utilizing innovative and creative sales tactics
  • Touring and demonstrating Merkspace locations and business solutions with potential members

COMPETENCIES:

  • Between 3-5 years of sales experience
    Fluency in English and Dutch
    Ability to penetrate new markets
  • Presentation and communication skills required
  • Detail orientation and organization skills required
  • College/University graduate
  • Great human relationship
  • Business development experience

+ Experience with Salesforce is a plus
+ Commercial real estate sales experience is a plus
+ B2B business solutions experience is a plus
